Notes to rental rates
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is required at the same time. Linen and towels can be hired at a cost of £9 per person per week.
Arrival day
Peak season arrival/departure day is normally Saturday (although could be flexible - please ask) at other times it can be any day of the week to fit in with cheaper midweek travel rates.
LONG LETS
La Rochelle is a great place to visit any time of the year and the house is well furnished and equipped and has electric heating in each room, making it very comfortable for longer term rentals, special rates can be offered for long stays of 1month or over.
